All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Slight variations in fabric, color, and stitching are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at therealsewaway@yahoo.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will review each case and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items: All products, including sale items, gift cards, and custom orders, are final sale.
