Handmade Nature: All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in fabric, color, and stitching are expected and are part of what makes each piece unique — not a defect.

Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order will be honored.

Intellectual Property: All product designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Sew Away and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability: Sew Away is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at therealsewaway@yahoo.com. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the state where Sew Away operates.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
